Challenge: Mindful Business Consultants noted a decrease in employee productivity compared to the previous year's metrics. As part of their annual wellness survey, employees of Mindful Business Consultants reported an increase in financial stress as major factor impacting their overall stress levels.

Solution: Mindful Business Consultants decided to add several financial wellness trainings to the employee wellness program materials. I proposed an eLearning course so employees could take this training at their convenience and interact with the material at their own pace.

Challenge: Spoekin Valley Medical Center reviews patient surveys regularly to identify areas of growth needed. Recent surveys indicated that patients suffering from decreased communication abilities indicated a significantly worse quality of stay than patients who were not suffering from decreased communication abilities. Subsequent surveys of medical center staff indicated a low ability of staff to adequately support patients with decreased communication abilities.

Solution: I recommended an eLearning course to increase staff knowledge on how to support patients with decreased communication abilities. An eLearning course allowed for all staff across varying shifts and positions to engage in the learning.
