Challenge: Productivity of new employees at Impact Innovations Marketing is 50% lower than productivity of employees who have been with the company for longer than a year. Surveys conducted with both new and seasoned employees indicated that new employees are having difficulty managing their time effectively while working remotely. 

Solution: I proposed a virtual instructor led training course targeting effective time management strategies. This allowed for new employees to access the training across various locations. This also supported Impact Innovations Marketing's priority to foster collaboration and connections between new employees.
