Challenge: Deaf employees at ZenithByte Technologies have reported difficulty taking part in collaborative meetings with coworkers and managers. The company has identified current meeting spaces and overall communication with teammates as contributing factors to this challenge.

Solution: I proposed a microlearning video course paired with a job aid to address ways to improve communication with deaf employees and meeting spaces. This was proposed so employees could obtain the new information quickly and so the new information could be easily accessed by posting job aids in meeting spaces.

Challenge: Company X has recently transitioned to using Adobe Creative Cloud apps. Employees need to learn how to use the various new apps. 

Solution: I recommended a series of just-in-time microlearning video tutorials to demonstrate key tasks. I recommended this so employees could select videos to watch one at a time without becoming too overwhelmed with all the new information. This also allowed employees to follow along with the microlearning video tutorials when needed.
